Disposal Services
The proper handling, identification, and disposal of hazardous wastes are one of the most complex issues facing the American industry today. The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) has set forth regulations governing the generation, transportation, storage, treatment and disposal of these hazardous wastes, and calls for severe penalties for the violation of these regulations.
Your company’s risk and liability is minimized in a cost effective manner by relying on Environmental Enterprises Incorporated. By utilizing Environmental Enterprises's total waste management program, a client is able to consolidate into one company all the required capabilities needed to properly sample, analyze, package, label, manifest, transport and dispose of their waste materials. The use of Environmental Enterprises’s facility isolates the generator from problems at the disposal sites. Environmental Enterprises, by law, must ship all materials received as the generator of the waste. In addition, Environmental Enterprises becomes the generator when materials of different DOT shipping descriptions are combined. These actions insulate the original generator from potential future liability under CERCLA. In the history of our company, no generator who has entrusted Environmental Enterprises to handle its waste materials has incurred any CERCLA remediation expenses. Environmental Enterprises is very selective of the off-site facilities utilized for disposal of residuals. Environmental Enterprises has established multiple outlets for its material to facilitate our customers and maintain quality service. |
